Vanderburgh forensic investigator receives award from U.S. Secret Service institute

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - A Vanderburgh County forensic investigator received an award from the Secret Service’s National Computer Forensics Institute.

According to the Vanderburgh County Prosecutor’s Office, Investigator Jon Carter was given the award of Top Forensic Examiner for his productivity in digital forensics.

They say Carter ranked 35 out of 3,800 participants in NCFI across the nation.
