Boil advisory issued, Ohio Co. Schools closed Friday

OHIO CO., Ky. (WFIE) - Ohio County School leaders say schools will be closed on Friday, November 1.

They say there is a water leak in the city of Beaver Dam and multiple schools do not have any water.

According to school officials, they believe it will take several hours until water is restored.

Around 5:45 a.m., Beaver Dam officials issued a boil advisory due to the water main break on Goshen Road.

That advisory is in effect for everyone on Goshen Road and East 5th Street, north to the McDonald’s.
