Man Arrested On Prostitution Charges

A Bremen, Kentucky man is arrested on prostitution charges.
Madisonville police say 27-year-old Dewayne Rose offered money to several men...if they would allow him to perform sex acts on them.
Police say the incidents took place at several different business parking lots around Madisonville.
Rose bonded out of jail Wednesday morning.
