Pro-wrestling legend in town to raise money for Andy Satterfield

TRI-STATE (WFIE) - A WWE Hall of Famer is in the Tri-State this week, raising money for a big fan.

Jimmy Hart is making appearances and raising money for Andy Satterfield, who was born with organs on the outside of his body, needing many surgeries in his life.

Satterfield is a huge wrestling fan and was excited when he heard that the "Mouth of the South" was in town this weekend.

Hart is no stranger to Evansville. He and many other wrestling legends stopped by the Coliseum in downtown weekly on Wednesday nights.

"So many great memories here in Evansville," said Hart. "Can you believe in this building right here before I left Memphis wrestling going to New York, some of the names that came through. From Hulk Hogan to Andre the Giant to Andy Kaufmann to King Kong Bundy to Iron Shiek to Rick Rude, I mean the list just goes on and on and on."

Hart was inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame in 2005.
