EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - An interactive experience for the Tri-State is now open at the Evansville Museum of Arts, History, and Science. It's called Healthy is for Everyone.
According to museum officials, the exhibition is based on results from the 2015 Tri-State Health Survey commissioned by the Welborn Baptist Foundation.
It features interactive activities like cooking demonstrations, yoga classes, and other community resources for anyone looking to improve their physical and mental health.
"There's a lot of people committed in the community to making the Tri-State a healthier place. I think we're showing how relevant the museum is for our community, and hopefully, people will have a fun and educational time," said museum curator Karen Malone.
Interactive community programs will be held on #MyThursdayNights, Free Fridays, and Saturdays.
