Several offers to buy former GE plant

OWENSBORO, KY (WFIE) - The former General Electric Plant in Owensboro could soon have a new owner.
The property right off of Old Hartford Road has been on the market for a few years now, but the deadline to place an offer ended on Thursday.
We reached out to Hilco Real Estate in Northbrook, Illinois, who tell us the building received several offers.
They are reviewing those offers now.
The listing price was over $3-million.
