HENDERSON, KY (WFIE) - There's new information on a deadly shooting in Henderson two weeks ago.

Joshua Bumphus asked a judge if he could enter a plea during his first court appearance, but the judge told him it will happen at his next court date. Now, his case has been waived to a grand jury.

They will meet on January 3.

Bumphus and Elijah Roberts were shooting at each other in the 1000 block of Powell Street. Autumn Burkhart was caught in the crossfire and later died at an Evansville hospital.

Autumn's death has been ruled a homicide, but it is not sure which bullet from which gun killed her so no one has been charged in her case yet.
