U-Haul truck caught on fire on Southbound Bridge

The Henderson County officials responded to a call regarding a vehicle on fire on the Southbound Bridge.
The driver, Stephen Marshall said he was driving a U-Haul truck when he noticed fire coming from under the hood.
He also said when he tried to stop the truck he was not able to on account that the brakes were not working.
Smoke and heat began to fill the cab.
One passenger, Gary Steven Koller, 31, jumped out of the vehicle while it was moving. He broke his collarbone.
The other passenger, Vanessa Shaw, had no injuries.
The cause of the fire is unknown.
