POSEY CO., IN (WFIE) - The Posey County man convicted in a high-profile kidnapping, rape and criminal confinement case is now waiting to see how his appeal turns out.
Ricky House's attorneys filed the paperwork Tuesday night. They want both his conviction and sentencing overturned.
A judge sentenced House to 93 years in prison last fall.
Officials say he kept an Evansville mother captive in his mobile home for nearly 60 days.
The Indiana Court of Appeals will make the final decision. That could come at any time.
