EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - A man is arrested after a burglary at an Evansville business.
Police were called to the 1st Ave Collision Center in the 130 N 1st Ave for a burglary alarm around 11:40 Tuesday night.
Officers say one of the doors had signs of forced entry when they arrived at the scene. Officers say they found 34-year-old Jason Criss inside the building.
The business owner told officers he did not know Criss and that the door was not damaged when the business closed earlier in the day.
Criss was arrested and charged with burglary and criminal mischief.
