POSEY CO., IN (WFIE) - A Posey County jury will get its first look at evidence in a widely publicized case on Tuesday.
Ricky House Jr. is accused of kidnapping Joelle Lockwood, then raping her and locking her in a cage inside his Poseyville mobile home.
On Monday, the prosecution and defense selected 12 jurors, seven men and five women.
Each side also gave opening statements.
The state is arguing Lockwood was forced into heinous acts in a 'house of horrors.'
House's defense attorney is claiming everything was consensual and revolved around drugs.
The trial continues Tuesday at 8 a.m.
The prosecution will start presenting evidence to the jury.
