WARRICK CO., IN (WFIE) - A barn fire in Warrick County is under investigation.
It happened in the area of State Road 662 and Pollack Avenue. A police officer was conducting a traffic top on SR-662 when they noticed a pole barn was on fire.
When crews arrived, the barn was fully-engulfed. It took firefighters about an hour to put the flames out because the metal sliding of the barn kept falling off the walls, covering the hot spots they were treating.
The homeowner had been using the barn as a garage. Luckily there were no vehicles inside at the time.
There were no reported injuries.
