Court upholds murder conviction, 60-year sentence of Evansville man

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - The Indiana court of appeals has upheld the conviction and 60-year sentence of an Evansville man.
Katyun Marsh was found guilty of murder in April 2014.
Police determined that Marsh shot and killed 46-year-old Angie Dixon during a June 2013 robbery in her Evansville apartment.
Two other people, Brandi Michelle Phillips and Blake Anthony Fisher, also faced charges in connection with the case.
