EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - Evansville Police responded to a shots fired call at the 1400 block of Culver Drive around 1:00 am Saturday morning and found four shell casings near the stop sign on 2nd street and Culver.

Police say the victim came outside and stated she was the person that called police. She said there were three shots in the exterior wall of her house and one shot through her front door.

The witness says she was looking out her window, heard the shots, saw muzzle flashes coming from a small, dark colored car possibly a Toyota Carolla.

She thinks there were four or five people in the car that then fled the scene.
