New information on a semi crash in Ohio County that blocked Highway 136 for hours.

It happened on Highway 136 near Hartford a little before 10:00 Monday morning.

Authorities say the driver, 37-year-old Greg Pendley, of Morgantown, was trapped and had to be cut from the cab by Hartford and Beaver Dam crews.

Pendley was flown to Vanderbilt Hospital in Nashville.

His condition is unknown.

State Police say Pendley lost control on a curve, hit a guardrail and a pole, and overturned.
