VOICE is an Evansville community organization giving residents an opportunity to express their vision of the city's future.
On Tuesday, the group announced a series of three "big action meetings." The first to be held on October 3 to present the compiled data from the VOICE sessions and announce the top three themes.
Then there will then be three meetings to discuss each of the topics in depth.
"We believe that if people get to be a part of creating what we're going to do, they're going to support it better. We also might be able to come up with better ways to make it more sustainable and get the money and different kinds of support that we need," said Lynn Miller Pease, the Executive Director of Leadership Evansville.
All the meetings will take place over the next two months.
