Broken tail light traffic stop results with Evansville man in jail

An Evansville man is behind bars Wednesday morning after a run in with police. It happened just before midnight at the corner of Grand Avenue and Cherry Street.
The EPD says an officer stopped a car without tail lights. That's when they saw 18-year-old Dugniqio Dishay Forest throw out a small baggie.
Police say it tested positive for rock cocaine. Forest is now charged with possession of cocaine.
