EPD arrest three people on meth charges

Evansville police are still looking for one suspect after a Thursday after meth bust.

Police say they got a call that someone had stolen some sunglasses from the CVS on Covert.

The witness told police the suspect had walked next door to the Dollar General.

That suspect, Morgan Foster, was in the store with John Cannon.

When police showed up to pat Foster down, they say Cannon took off running.

During the search, police say they found a cold pack down Foster's pants.

Police say they went out to Foster's car to talk to his passengers, Kristi Walker and Jeremy Woolems.

According to the report, there was a handgun laying out in plain sight.

Because the car was parked in a handicapped space, police say they searched it.

During that search, police found a truck full of meth making ingredients.

Police say they also found some meth, illegal prescription drugs and another gun.

Foster said all of the items in the car were his.

He's charged with possession of precursors, meth, and pills.  Additionally, Foster is charged with theft and possession of a handgun without a license.

Woolems is charged with possession of precursors, police say.

Walker is charged with possession of precursors, pills and a handgun without a license.

They are all in the Vanderburgh County jail.

Police say John Cannon was the man who ran away from the scene.
