Charges were filed in April - a year after the alleged crimes happened.

Robbins is charged with theft and deception.

Court documents show she was an employee for Fairfield schools, where fundraisers were held for her.

Officials say the money was for treatments Robbins didn’t need, but she kept the money.

Her preliminary hearing is now set for July 28, at 1:30 p.m.
