OAKLAND CITY, Ind. (WFIE) - Nope - still no paychecks Tuesday for OCU employees.

Friday they missed their third paycheck.

Our latest update from Oakland City President Dr. Ron Dempsey came early Tuesday afternoon.

He told us the donor is still waiting to hear if bridge money has been wired.

This comes after several delays in the past six and half weeks.

Dr. Dempsey says news from their patent investors about their trade platforms means OCU is getting more than $4 million next week.

He also says the Board of Trustees has authorized them to begin selling some of their rental properties.

As we previously told you, a few buildings, including ones that house the Oakland City Police Department and a Deaconess Clinic, have been for sale.

We are also hearing from tenants of OCU owned homes who say they were just sent lease termination notices.

They say they have until July 9 to move out.

Some employees have filed a lawsuit over the missed pay.

Dr. Dempsey has not responded to several interview requests.
