Owensboro voters to elect new City Commissioner

OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) - Voters will be electing a new City Commissioner.
That race is between Sharon Nesmith, Jerry Davis, and Titus Willis.
They will be replacing the late Larry Maglinger.
As we previously reported, he died back in April at 73 years old.
