Part of Stringtown closed for water main install

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Stringtown road is closed from Cardinal Drive to Diamond Avenue.
According to a Facebook post from EWSU, it’s to install a new water main in the area.
Another part of that project has Stanley Avenue closed from Sherman Street to Evans Avenue.
Officials say the work will continue through late October.
