UPDATE: WB Lloyd Expressway back open after hit-and-run report

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Vanderburgh County dispatch confirms the westbound Lloyd Expressway was shut down after a report of a hit-and-run with injuries.
Dispatch confirms the call came in just before 5 p.m. to an accident at Lloyd and University Parkway.
Crews are still on scene of a hit and run accident involved a motorcycle on Evansville’s west side.
Officials say they closed down the westbound side of the parkway.
The call originally came in as a hit and run with injuries.
Officials say a motorcyclist traveling westbound ran into the back of a white Jeep Cherokee.
The motorcyclist was taken to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
