WARRICK CO., Ind. (WFIE) - Emergency crews were called to two crashes near the Boonville exit of I-64.

They happened around 8 a.m. Thursday.

Authorities say a box truck carrying piping hit some guardrails, went airborne, hit a concrete wall and landed on train tracks in the middle of the interstate.

According to Lynnville FD, the driver was stable and air lifted to a hospital.

Westbound I-64 was closed but is now open.

We don’t have information on the other crash.
