EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - The ribbon has been cut on the new Deaconess Clinic Memorial. The clinic is just off Connie Robinson Way and on the grounds of Memorial Baptist Church
The clinic is a partnership between Deaconess Clinic and Memorial Baptist Church. The clinic will help bring better health care access to those disproportionately affected by certain diseases.
“Seeing the statistical data that indicates the disproportionalities as it relates to things like diabetes, cancer, hypertension and others,” said the Rev. Adrian Brooks, lead pastor at Memorial Baptist Church. “By bringing these health services right here through this collaboration with Deaconess, it’s going to really move the needle in a positive direction for a lot of people who really need those, that kind of micro care.”
The clinic will offer primary care services.
The clinic will also administer COVID-19 vaccines.
The clinic is now open.
Appointment information can be found on Deaconess’s website.
