CenterPoint closing portion of Riverside Drive

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - CenterPoint Energy will be closing Riverside Drive Between Vine and Court Street.

That’s expected to happen Friday morning around 9 and last until 3:30 p.m.

Officials say that’s for crane placement.

Dispatch tells us the stoplights are flashing red in all directions, so treat that like a four-way stop.

Officials are hosting a virtual job fair Wednesday.
