MT. CARMEL, Ill. (WFIE) - Mt. Carmel officials are working to update facilities at a city park.
The Rotary Club is currently working to replace the main shelter house at City Park.
It was built in 1968.
So far, they have raised more than $127,000 for the project. The goal is $130,000.
The Rotary Club is also planning to build a public restroom at the park.
