WARRICK CO., Ind. (WFIE) - Warrick County deputies say they were called just before 2:30 a.m. Thursday after a man was dropped off at the hospital with a cut to his neck.
They say the victim, a 50-year-old man from Boonville, was then taken to an Evansville hospital due to the severity of his injury.
Authorities don’t believe it’s life-threatening.
Deputies spoke with the victim, but they say he was not able to give them much information due to his injuries and being intoxicated.
They say they found out he was cut in the 2000 block of Brown Chapel Road.
Deputies were able to get a search warrant, but are still investigating.
They say two witnesses are not being cooperative.
