Woman that worked 45 years at Evansville McDonald’s passes away

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - A woman who had worked at local McDonald’s restaurants for more than 45 years, and was known by many people throughout the community, has died.

We featured Loraine Maurer on 14 News back in 2017.

At that time, she was still serving up fries and passing along smiles.

Maurer was 98 years old.
