Princeton Police get grant for AEDs

PRINCETON, Ind. (WFIE) - Princeton Police say they were able to secure another grant from Indiana Criminal Justice Institute JAG Grant.

They say more than $24,000 was used to buy AEDs for the entire police department.

Each officer will now have an AED.

Police say the grant paid for 18 units.

Officers must maintain CPR/AED certification every two years.
