OWENSBORO, Ky (WFIE) - A new program in Owensboro aims to help bar and restaurant workers impacted by the pandemic.

According to City Manager Nate Pagan, the OBKY Restaurant and Bar Supplemental Payroll Program will allow restaurants to pay workers for shifts they lost because of business restrictions.
