OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) - Owensboro Police say the Blue Bridge was closed Thursday morning due to a wreck.
The crash happened shortly after 5:30 a.m.
Police say just one car was involved, and the only person inside was the driver.
They say the driver was taken to the hospital with potentially life-threatening injuries.
The investigation continues.
The bridge was closed for nearly three hours.
