PERRY CO., Ind. (WFIE) - Starting Tuesday, Perry Central Community Schools will be moving to a fully virtual format for school through Friday, November 13.
Officials say a staff member is asymptomatic but tested positive for COVID-19.
That has led to the quarantine of eight additional staff members.
They say a few other community cases have caused staff quarantines.
Officials say there are too many staff in quarantine to cover classrooms and stay in-person.
They hope to resume in-person schooling Nov. 16.
