EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - The Tri-State is entering into a prolonged dry period. A series of high pressure systems will block out chances for rain over the next week. High temperatures will stay in the 70s and lows will drop into the lower 50s and upper 40s. Hurricane Sally will not be a factor in our weather, other than sending a few clouds over our southern counties on Wednesday night and Thursday.
