Authorities were originally called to the scene of a hold up at a Warrick County gas station earlier on Friday.

This happened at the Chuckles in Elberfeld.

Warrick County Sheriff Michael Wilder says they believe the suspect got into a dark sedan parked nearby.

Sheriff Wilder also says he believes this robbery may be connected to two recent robberies in Evansville.

The first Evansville robbery happened around 8 p.m. Thursday at Kwik Stop on Pollack Avenue.

The second one was around 2:30 a.m. Friday at the Circle K on East Riverside near Boeke.

No one was hurt in any of the cases, and the suspect had a long gun each time.

Late on Friday afternoon, our cameras spotted authorities on the scene of the Chuckles on Green River Road in Evansville.

Police had a man in custody, and a dark sedan was being towed from the scene.
