Over 4,600 people lose power between U.S. 41 and North St. Joseph Ave.

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - More than 4,600 people lost power in Evansville on Friday night.

According to the Vectren Outage Map, the majority of customers live in the area between U.S. 41 and North St. Joseph Avenue.

The first outage was reported just after 7:00 p.m.

Most of the customers have since had their power restored. Only 96 people are still without power.
