KY Gov. Beshear confirms state’s 3rd coronavirus related death

KENTUCKY (WFIE) - During Governor Beshear’s daily news conference on Saturday, he confirmed the state’s third COVID-19 death as the total number of confirmed cases in the state increased to nearly 90.

Beshear said that patient was a 67-year-old man from Anderson County.

Friday, he announced that all schools should be prepared to close in-person teaching until April 20.

Officials say there are six confirmed cases in Daviess County, and two confirmed cases in Henderson County.
