OWENSBORO, Ky. (WFIE) - There is good news from the local couple who just got home after they were quarantined on a Princess Cruise Ship.
Chris Hall shared on his Facebook page they both tested negative for coronavirus (COVID-19), but they remain quarantined at home.
Hall and his wife Nikki had been stranded on the Grand Princess cruise ship since February 21.
Last week, the couple finally disembarked from the ship and were transported to a military base in Georgia.
Officials from the Kentucky Department of Public Health picked them up and brought the couple home on Sunday.
The Halls were tested for COVID-19 on the bus ride back to Owensboro.
The couple’s house-quarantine will be lifted on March 25.
