DAVIESS CO., Ky. (WFIE) - A man accused of lying to sell concert tickets is now paying back the people he’s accused of deceiving.
Jason Giardina was in court on Friday.
He was arrested back in September after sheriff’s deputies say he promoted a concert for David Allen Coe when he knew the act wasn’t coming.
A Daviess County attorney says Giardina is working to pay restitution to people who bought tickets.
He’s expected back in court in January.
