EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) - Still a slight risk for a few severe thunderstorms through this evening. The primary storm threat will be damaging winds but most of the storms firing out west have lacked wind shear and have remained below severe limits. Once the cool front clears, clearing skies tonight as low temps drop into the upper 50’s.
Brighter and cooler on Monday as high temps drop into the lower 70’s along with autumn like humidity. Clear and chilly tomorrow night with lows dropping into the lower 50’s. Mostly sunny and breezy on Tuesday with high temps in the upper 70’s.
Decent chances for showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday. I would expect at least a marginal risk for severe thunderstorms with high temps in the mid-80s with sultry air over the area.
