MCLEAN CO., KY (WFIE) - A new McLean County Judge Executive has been appointed after the resignation of Mike Burden.
Burden was elected in November. He tells us his decision to resign is due to a mix of personal reasons and lack of support in the court room.
On April 29, a temporary judge executive was appointed during a special called Fiscal Court meeting. Magistrate Matt Hayden was named the temporary McLean County Judge Executive.
