Accused sexual predator banned from USI

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - An accused sexual predator has been banned from the University of Southern Indiana.

USI notified students it had become aware of multiple alleged sexual assaults in USI housing and that one person has been identified and removed.

Vanderburgh County Sheriff Dave Wedding told us his office wants to investigate, but the victims reported the assaults to Title 9 officials on campus and opted not to report it to law enforcement.
