USI coach Rick Stein gets milestone win!

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE)-Rinesha Soaper had a career game and Rick Stein picked up win number 160 for his career as the USI Lady Screaming Eagles downed Wayne State 80-75 on Monday night.

Soaper, the freshman from Henderson County, scored 26 points in the victory. Soaper was 6 of 9 from the field and hit 11 of her 12 free throw attempts. The win also gave Rick Stein the all time record for wins at USI which was held by Chance Dugan. His 160 wins are now the best ever by a coach of the Lady Screaming Eagles.

The Lady Eagles improved to 7-4 overall with the win. Lauren Meneghetti added 13 points for USI.
