There is no doubt about it, the national news can be upsetting and hard to watch. But, we are fortunate to live in the Tri-State.  Our economy hasn't been hit as hard as some.

People are stilling shopping and still eating in restaurants.  In fact, we're still complaining about the traffic on Evansville's Green River Road & Burkhardt Road! This year is no exception!

And another thing, you can still get a loan!  Local banks are lending money.

If you want to buy a house, now is the time!  It is a buyer's market.  Nearly 3000 homes have recently sold in Vanderburgh, Warrick, Posey and Gibson counties.

And you can also buy a car!  In fact, there has never been a better time to buy.  Local dealers have multiple sources of credit.  There are great incentives, rebates and low interest rates for you.

We are and should be more cautious during these uncertain times.  But, you can make a difference.  You keep the economy moving when you spend your money here in the Tri-state.
