Reitz stays perfect in SIAC

EVANSVILLE, IN (WFIE) - Reitz finds itself in the drivers seat for another city and conference football championship.

The Panthers brought a 5-0 league mark into Saturday's matinee match-up against Bosse. Enlow Field played host and the umbrellas were out to ward off the sun.

The Bulldogs were still looking for their first conference win. In the first quarter, after a Bosse drive came up short, Alordo Bell took the handoff and got to the outside an 80-yard run as he got inside the Bosse five-yard-line.

That led to a touchdown and it was 7-0 Panthers in the first quarter.

Joe Frazier snuck in for a Bosse touchdown to pull the Dogs within one, but Reitz pulled away after that.

The Panthers are still perfect in the SIAC with the 54-26 win over the Bulldogs.
