Second teen charged in 'Flying Baby' case

The 16-year-old boy who was behind the camera of controversial Youtube video "Flying Baby," will be charged with cruelty to a child also.

Initially the District Attorney said the teen wouldn't be charged. But Sheriff Harold Breeden, Lee County, Georgia, said he believes there is another video involving that baby.

"There was another video made," Breeden said. "We don't have a copy of it, but I advised Ms. Cooper of it and she authorized a search warrant on the residence, and we executed the search warrant and his computer was seized to check and see if other videos were made."

The charges facing the second teen will be made in a juvenile complaint. It hasn't been determined if he'll spend time in a detention center.

As for the teen who actually launched the baby, he's already been charged with cruelty to a child.

He appears before a juvenile court judge Monday.

The 9-month-old baby has been checked out by a doctor, and his mother said he's fine.
