With gas prices soaring, we thought we would talk about great attractions for the summer-right here in the Tri-State.

First, the Evansville Otters:  it's a great bargain-tickets start at just $5.00.  And here's a bonus-they're having a great season so far!

Next home game is Tuesday, June 3rd.  You can even buy tickets on their website at www.evansvilleotters.com.

Then, there is the LST 325.  LST stands for Landing Ship, Tank.

It's a World War Two Warship AND a world class attraction right here in the Tri-State!  Evansville is a fitting home port to this Memorial, because the local shipyard built more LSTs than any other inland shipyard in the 1940's.

Tickets are just $5 for kids and $10 for adults, or $20 for the whole family.

And finally, just a short drive away in Santa Claus, Indiana is Holiday World.  It is a great amusement and water park.

They've got some very good discounts for tickets-and you get free soft drinks while you are there.  Go to their website for more information:  www.holidayworld.com.

Next week, a bargain in Owensboro you probably don't know about and the Lincoln Bicentennial.
