"Every year, we are thrilled by the opportunity to honor the best and brightest educators in Vanderburgh County as the year's Outstanding Educators," says Sharon Gieselmann, assistant professor of education at the University of Evansville.

Leach has been teaching students about other countries like Russia, Mexico, and Egypt through their art. Goodman takes her students on special opportunities like trip to the Koch Family Children's Museum of Evansville. Wagner has taught a K-5 English Language Development summer program for ESL learners the last three summers.
