Christine Brennan, a sports journalist and author, will be the featured speaker at the "Go for the Gold" workshop, a free event sponsored by Youth First, a substance abuse prevention organization, and the Girls Scouts of Raintree Council. The day's topics range from becoming a personal trainer to finding a career in sports journalism.
