Prosciutto Wrapped Chicken Breast in White Wine Garlic Cream Sauce
8 thin slices of Prosciutto
8 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 bottle Zesty Italian salad dressing
White Wine Garlic Cream Sauce
1 cup white wine
3 Tbsp minced garlic
2 cups whipping cream
½ pkg Knorr four cheese sauce mix
¼ tsp black pepper
1 lb box of Fettuccine noodles
Prepare sauce by adding wine and garlic to med/hot sauce pan and simmer for 3-5 minutes. Add whipping cream, pepper and four cheese sauce mix. Continue to heat over medium heat to thicken (10-15 min). Stir occasionally to keep from burning.
Prepare fettuccine noodles according to instructions on package.
Marinate chicken breasts in zesty Italian dressing overnight. Wrap chicken breasts with prosciutto and place in oven safe baking dish and bake in preheated 350 deg oven for 20 minutes. Remove from oven and place prosciutto wrapped chicken breast on a bed of fettucine noodles and top with cream sauce.
